Shipping Policy


WE TRY TO GET ALL ORDERS SHIPPED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BUT SOMETIMES ORDERS INCUR DELAYS.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames advertised, please make sure that your address is entered correct and includes all the required information such as correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers. This is important to ensure timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered if the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. If you notice that you've entered your shipping address incorrect, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to make the changes you requested. If we are not able to make the changes requested, we do not accept responsibility for the incorrect information.

PROCESSING TIME

After your payment is authorized and verified, some orders can still take 3-4 days to process order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. This is also separate from Shipping times.

Orders placed on the weekend from Friday after 6pm Est - Sunday will be processed on Monday.

You will receive shipping confirmation within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with the tracking number.

For Domestic orders we use USPS Priority Mail to ship to locations. Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. We are currently not accepting any International orders we apologize for the inconvenience. Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from boutiquewatwist.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. The amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

In the event your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it, you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) directly. Boutique with a Twist does not accept responsibility for packages that states being delivered. There will be no refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms being delivered. 

SHIPPING RIGHTS RESERVED

Boutique with a Twist reserves the right to require customers to use a "verifiable" shipping and billing address due to being unable to process an order or verify the shipping address provided. If there are any issues with verifying the address given, customer service will contact you in attempt to resolve the issue. If there is no response we will cancel your order.

  Boutique with a Twist reserves the right to limit, reject, or cancel any customer or entity order at anytime due to:

  • Excessive exchange history involving worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing items.
  • Possible fraudulent or criminal activity.
