We offer EXCHANGES ONLY on merchandise in original condition (SAME ITEM ONLY), with all original tags and labels attached. **EXCHANGES DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS** WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Some items have limited quantities and we may sell out. We will notify you by email if so. ONLY if an exchange item is out of stock we will allow you to choose another option for equal value must be approved by customer service.
**All items are thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped. Our company will not send out any damaged or defective items.**
We are NOT responsible for orders that are lost in transit, damaged, incorrect supplied address, and unclaimed or refused packages.
To return an item for exchange, you must FIRST email customer service with Proof of purchase at email@example.com to obtain email confirmation. After receiving email confirmation, please mail your package to the following address:

Boutique with a Twist reserves the right to limit, reject, or cancel any customer or entity order at anytime due to:
- Excessive exchange history involving worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing items.
- Possible fraudulent or criminal activity.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Sale items, discounted items, white clothing, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Orders returned without email confirmation will not be accepted.
